Information collected and why

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, ordered products, order notes and payment status are used to process orders, arrange delivery, send order updates and handle returns.
• Accounts: login and account information supports sign-in, order history and account management. Do not share your password with us.
• Enquiries: contact forms collect your name, phone, message and optional email to respond to you. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit repeated spam submissions.
• Reviews: submitted reviews and their display name may appear publicly after moderation. Do not put private contact or payment information in a review.
• Technical information: hosting and store systems may record IP addresses, browser details, requests and errors to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

Cookies and payment information

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for login, cart contents, checkout sessions and site preferences. Blocking these cookies can prevent sign-in or checkout from working. Embedded media and external links may involve the provider’s cookies and privacy practices.

COD and bank deposits are handled outside an online card payment form. We do not ask for your card PIN, banking password or OTP. A deposit receipt may contain personal information; send only what is needed to identify your payment.

Who receives information

Order and contact details are available to authorised store staff and the services needed to run the store, including hosting, email and delivery providers. Couriers need the recipient name, address, phone number and applicable collection amount. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Authorities may receive information where a legal obligation requires it.

Storage, retention and security

Information is held in our store, hosting, email and support systems. Service providers may process it outside Sri Lanka. We retain order, payment and support records as needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal requirements. Session and spam-prevention data have shorter operational lifetimes. Data is not kept indefinitely just because an account exists; contact us about records you want reviewed.

Access controls and technical safeguards help protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Please keep your login details private.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, close an account, or raise a concern about its use. Contact us through the Contact page or phone number above. We may need to verify your identity and may need to retain records required for outstanding orders, disputes or legal obligations. A parent or guardian should place orders for children; do not submit unnecessary information about a child.
