Delivery, Payment & Returns

Delivery in Sri Lanka

Free delivery applies to eligible orders of LKR 3,000 or more. Other delivery charges must be confirmed before payment. If checkout has no delivery option for your order, contact us for a quote. Delivery estimates depend on order confirmation, stock and courier service.

Provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier in cash when your books arrive. Check the final total before placing the order.

Cash Deposit / Bank Transfer

Place your order, then confirm our bank details with ExamBooks on 077 48 78 443 before paying. Use your order number as the reference and send the receipt to our WhatsApp number. Orders stay on hold until cleared funds are verified.

Returns and refunds

Request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number before sending a book back. We replace damaged or incorrect items free of charge. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and unmarked.
