Payment Policy

All prices and order totals are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Check your items, delivery address and final total before placing an order.

Cash on Delivery

Select Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your books arrive. Keep the full order total ready. An order confirmation does not mean that payment has been received.

Cash Deposit / Bank Transfer

Select Cash Deposit / Bank Transfer at checkout. Your order remains on hold until we verify receipt of the full payment. Contact ExamBooks on 077 48 78 443 or through the Contact page to obtain and confirm the bank account details before making a deposit.

1. Place your order and keep the order number.
2. Confirm the bank name, account name and account number with our team before paying.
3. Deposit or transfer the exact confirmed total. Use your order number as the payment reference where possible.
4. Send the receipt and order number to our WhatsApp number 077 48 78 443. Hide unrelated balances, other transactions and unnecessary personal information.
5. We verify the cleared funds before confirming payment and dispatching your order. A deposit slip alone is not payment confirmation.

Never share your PIN, password, OTP or full bank statement. Online card payments are not currently offered.

Delivery charges and order changes

Free delivery applies to eligible Sri Lankan orders of LKR 3,000 or more. Other delivery charges must be confirmed before payment. If checkout cannot offer delivery for your order, contact us for a quote before depositing money.

To change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with the order number. If you have already deposited money, tell us the amount and transaction reference so we can check it. See our Refund and Returns Policy for return and refund requests.
